These are our basic proposals. Compounds made with wood flour and virgin polypropylene, created to offer material finishes and at the same time mechanical properties, such as elastic modulus and load at break, comparable to and/or better than traditional polypropylene. An effective alternative that reduces the use of the polymeric component

In response to the strong market push towards sustainable materials, this second proposal is for compounds made of wood flour and at least 50% regenerated polypropylene. This is a greener alternative because, besides reducing the use of the polymeric component, it also pushes towards a circular economy. Compared to the use of virgin polypropylene, these proposals show a slight decrease in mechanical properties.

This proposal always consists of virgin polypropylene and natural fibers, but differs in the type of wood flour used. Derived from the first cut of the wood, it is finer and lighter, resulting in improved mechanical properties and at the same time further ease of coloring while maintaining the textural finish.
