This project started with company owning’s choice to the regeneration program of tourist hotel facility Welcome Riviera d’Abruzzoin order to improve the tourist service offer, some years ago.
In this special case, the focus was to limit interventions on buildings working only on the casing and the outdoor space considering the particular location of this project too.
For this reason, it was recreated a new casing to overlap the one below making a different architectonic structure in terms of both volume and materially.
The wall cladding and decking were realized with the Felli solutions.
